Viv Cunningham-Smith has been a practising social worker and social purpose executive manager for 40 years and her daughter Amelia followed Viv into social work 20 years ago. Together their practice spans micro, mezzo and macro social work practice.
They bring sector experience across child and family, early years, youth work, aged and disability, homelessness, community health, volunteering, out of home care, community work, policy and social advocacy, community sector organisation management and governance.
They are both passionate about their profession and have started this supervision and consulting service utilising their extensive experience to strengthen and support social and community workers undertaking critical social justice work.
